Our international and agile team is looking for support from a motivated person as a experienced Systems Administrator - Windows (m/f/d) to join our diverse and agile IT team. The successful candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, working on a broad range of technologies to support RFA’s mission of making access to space affordable for all.
Your Tasks
- Administer and maintain a multi-site hybrid Active Directory and Azure AD environment.
- Design, deploy, and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to ensure compliance, security, and system consistency.
- Manage endpoint management systems (e.g., Microsoft Intune, SCCM, or equivalent) for patching, configuration, and software deployment.
- Monitor and report on IT assets and software license usage using Lansweeper and other tools.
- Ensure software license compliance, tracking renewals, usage, and optimizing costs.
- Support and optimize Windows server and client infrastructure, including updates, hardening, and performance tuning.
- Create and update documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
- Respond to and resolve IT tickets, providing exceptional support and troubleshooting for end-users.
Your Qualifications
- A degree in Informatics, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or
- At least 5 years of work experience in a relevant role.
- Proven experience inWindows system administrationin enterprise or multi-site environments.
- Strong knowledge ofActive Directory, Azure AD, and hybrid identity management.
- Experience withGroup Policy design and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity withendpoint management systems(Intune, SCCM, or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience withLansweeperor other IT asset and license management tools.
- Knowledge ofvirtualization platformssuch as VMware or Proxmox is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Fluent oral and written English skills (all day-to-day activities are conducted in English).
