As a Senior AI & Data Specialist, you will own the end-to-end delivery of high-impact AI solutions — from aligning with leadership on the most valuable initiatives, to building the data infrastructure, logic, and interfaces that bring them to life. You'll develop agentic workflows, internal tools, and finance-focused applications that transform raw data into actionable insights, including dashboards, chatbots, and Slack-integrated experiences. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you'll translate complex organizational goals into clear technical roadmaps, challenge assumptions about what's possible, and drive cross-functional projects from concept to production. Your day-to-day responsibilities

• Align with leadership to identify the highest-impact initiatives (accounts payable, forecasting, and beyond)

• Work with the data team to build the infrastructure and connections needed to power reliable analysis

• Define the metrics, logic, and rules that turn raw data into meaningful conclusions

• Build the interfaces that make insights accessible — dashboards, AI assistants, Slack integrations

• Design and implement agent-to-agent workflows

• Partner closely with the data lake and AI team to align on priorities, data architecture, and automation strategy

• Contribute to the broader agentic AI strategy, including architecture decisions and rollout planning

• Drive cross-functional projects at the intersection of business needs and technical solutions — translating goals into roadmaps, managing day-to-day delivery, and pushing back on scope when needed

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years building data-intensive solutions end-to-end, from infrastructure to user-facing interfaces

• Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks and LLM-based workflows, including multi-agent architectures

• Familiarity with ERP systems, data lakes, banking APIs, and forecasting models

• Strong project management instincts — able to run cross-functional workstreams and make decisions stick

• The judgment to translate ambiguous business requirements into concrete technical plans, and the confidence to challenge when something isn't realistic
