We are seeking a strategic and driven **Senior Talent Acquisition Partner **to design, execute, and continuously enhance our early talent pipeline and diversity recruiting strategies. This role is a key individual contributor responsible for building scalable university partnerships, leading internships and early career programs, and driving initiatives that attract, develop, and convert high-potential, diverse talent.

You will partner closely with business leaders, HR, and DEI stakeholders to shape sustainable talent pipelines across university, veteran, and underrepresented communities, operating with a high degree of autonomy and impact.
