The Skylark product line is focused on the rapid design, build, and test of cutting-edge active phased array antennas (AESA) for terrestrial and airborne applications. Current programs span high-power, large-scale ground terminals for missile defense to commercial airline and helicopter connectivity solutions.

The **Sales Support Technician** supports the preparation, setup, and execution of aerospace communications demonstrations, field tests, and customer engagement activities. Working closely with the Sales Consultant and engineering teams, this role assists in deploying and operating satellite communication systems, RF hardware, ground station equipment, and related technologies used to demonstrate product capabilities to prospective customers and partners.

This position plays an important role in supporting technical demonstrations, validating system performance in real-world environments, and ensuring equipment and systems are properly configured for successful customer engagements. The Communications Technician will also support equipment maintenance, test preparation, and troubleshooting activities while helping translate technical system capabilities into successful customer demonstration experiences.
